Even with our best efforts, a small number of items on our web site may contain typography errors. We will confirm prices at the time of your order.


We do not crop photos unless requested.  If the ratio of your photo does not match the print size we will print the photo to the longest length and default width.


We happily offer a refund if you are not 100% happy with our product. We require you to email your written refund request & reason for return within 12 hours of delivery of your item. We require your purchased item is returned to our office within 7 days of delivery. We request a nominated bank account for a refund to be deposited in (we only refund by bank transfer). The refund will be deposited within 7 working days (from the day your item is delivered to our office).

refund will not be given if damage has occurred due to your own fault such as dropping the item, cutting, scratching, burning but not limited to these incidents only, or due to environmental conditions such as dampness, direct sunlight, rainfall, fire but not limited to these conditions only.

Colour matching

We try to ensure that the colours you see are as close as possible to the actual printed canvas print. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee an exact colour match as on-screen colours will vary dependent upon your monitor settings and resolutions.  Please Note: Colours will vary from computer screens. We use Adobe (1998) colour space with a colour source of 6500k (daylight) or sRGB. Our screens and printers are calibrated on a regular basis to maintain accurate colour. If you receive your product and it is not the same as what your screen displays, it might mean your screen is not calibrated correctly.  If colour accuracy is most important to you, please calibrate your screen to the print industry standard as listed above using a spectrometer. Ensure no part of your screen is exposed to direct sunlight and no bright lights are shining on your screen – your screen should be the brightest light source in the room. This will give you a reasonable representation of the printed product.  Our experienced staff will ensure all colours are natural and true to life.

Lead time

Once you have sent us your order & we have confirmed any changes with you, our lead time is 5 – 10 business days.


Please allow 2 – 5 working days. Delivery will be via Australia Post or Courier depending on size & type of article & desired delivery speed. We take no responsibility or do not guarantee this time frame due to the nature of delivery companies and environmental factors which may cause delays. If you have a special delivery request we will endeavour to comply but can not guarantee or be held responsible if we are unable to fulfil the request.

Your contact details will be provided to our chosen courier for delivery and contact purposes i.e parcel tracking.
